What goes wrong in service work

Four things that cost money every week.

📧

Tickets live in inboxes

A request arrives by mail to one person. If they are away, nobody knows it exists.

Hours nobody bills

The job is written on a scrap of paper in the van. What is not recorded is not on any invoice.

🔄

The same question, for the tenth time

The same questions every week, answered fresh each time, and slightly differently each time.

👤

Who was there last time?

Without history every job starts from zero, and the customer tells the whole story again.

Four modules that share the same customer

Ticket, invoice and hours hang off the same record. No date entered twice.

Customers module (CRM)

Included in every package at no extra cost. The ground the other modules stand on.

  • CRM with customers, contacts, companies and the whole history in one place
  • Semantic search: you ask in plain language, not with keywords
  • OCR scanner for receipts and documents, searchable from the moment you upload
  • Chat with your own documents, answers drawn only from your data
  • Documents, notes, tasks and appointments, linkable to any record
  • Email and calendar built in, so nothing sits in one person's inbox
🎧

Helpdesk module

  • Tickets with status, priority, owner and the full history per customer
  • SLA that knows your opening hours: four hours means four working hours, not four hours overnight
  • Knowledge base for the questions that come back every week — answered once, then linked
  • Time logged on the ticket itself, with a note and a billable or non-billable flag
  • Automatic rules: new ticket, escalation, reminder to the owner
  • The customer and their whole history in one place: tickets, quotes, invoices
💶

Sales module

  • Quotes, orders and invoices from the same customer record
  • XRechnung and ZUGFeRD for DACH B2B/B2G, Factur-X, FatturaPA for Italy
  • Quote to order to invoice conversion with the line items carried over
  • Send by email with the PDF attached, plus request for a digital signature
  • Payments, three dunning levels and open items by age
  • A service catalogue with prices, instead of retyping every quote
👥

HR module

  • Employees with contract, start date, hourly rate and documents
  • Working time tracking, absences and leave
  • Certificates and qualifications with expiry dates and advance reminders
  • Payroll from the hours logged, with pending approvals shown openly
  • Applications and hiring, for when the team grows
  • Rights per person: the technician sees their jobs, not the salaries
Pricing

What customers ask first

Does this replace the piece of paper the technician writes hours on?
Yes. Time is logged on the ticket itself, with a note and a billable or non-billable flag, so it sits with the customer and with the employee rather than on a scrap of paper in the van. You then write the invoice in the Sales module: that is a separate step, not an automatic one.
We get the same questions every week. Does this help?
That is what the knowledge base is for. You answer it once properly and link the answer from the ticket. New colleagues read the same answer the customer reads, instead of inventing it again each time.
We drive to customers. Are vehicles and inspections included?
Not in this package. The Fleet module, with vehicles, driving licence checks and inspection dates, is €29 a month on top, flat for the company. We would rather write that down than quietly imply it.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing on its own. We hold no card details, so nothing can be charged. At the end you tell us whether you continue and with which modules.

Try it with a real ticket.

30 days, every module unlocked, no card. You decide afterwards.
