Blina WhatsApp
Customers write on WhatsApp anyway. The question is where the message ends up: on a phone in somebody's pocket, or in the system that also holds the quote, the order and the ticket.
See it instead of reading it
Recorded in the running product, with real data — not an animation.
What the channel does
Answers with your data
The assistant reads contacts, companies and leads from your CRM and answers from them — not a copy, but the database you work in.
A ticket from the message
A customer's report becomes a helpdesk ticket, with their words in it and the conversation attached to the contact.
A task for the team
Whatever somebody has to do next becomes a task, with a title and a due date.
Where an order stands
Asked about an order number, the assistant answers with the status it reads from the sales module.
Every conversation stays
Six months on, inside that customer's record, you can read what was said on the phone, by email and on WhatsApp.
You set the limits
An allowed-numbers list, a daily cap per contact, and auto-reply can be switched off: then messages are only recorded.
How the setup goes
- A phone number not already active on WhatsApp — not on WhatsApp Business either.
- A verified Meta Business account and an app with the WhatsApp product.
- Phone Number ID and WABA ID get copied into Blina Desk.
- The permanent token is created through a system user: the one Meta shows first expires in 24 hours.
- Webhook address and verify token go into Meta, and the `messages` field gets subscribed.
- The app secret goes in — without it the channel sends and receives nothing.
- You allow the numbers that will be served.
What it does not do
So you know beforehand rather than afterwards:
- No orders, quotes or invoices from the chat: the assistant opens a task or a ticket, and that is all.
- It does not read photos. From an image only the caption remains — no receipt OCR.
- No appointments: that is the calendar's job.
- Outside the 24-hour window after the customer's last message, Meta requires an approved template. That is a Meta rule, not a Blina Desk limitation.
- While your Meta app is in development mode, only the numbers declared there are reachable.
