Pricing
You pay per user, and only for what you use.
No quote, no setup fee, no minimum term. The base platform is priced per user, and on top of that you only pay for the modules you actually switch on. What you don't use is not on the invoice.
Base platform
CRM, semantic search, OCR scanner, chat with your documents, plus documents, notes, tasks and appointments. One user is included in that price. You add a second one when a second person needs to work in the system.
Packages
Three modules for the price of two, base platform included. €69 for the first user instead of €106 if you book the same modules one by one.

AI phone assistant
Three tiers, flat for the company. What you pay for is talk minutes, not calls: a call handed over after twenty seconds costs twenty seconds.

Paying yearly means ten months instead of twelve. When the minutes run out the phone does not stop ringing: every extra minute shows up on the next invoice. Simultaneous calls and included phone numbers are on the assistant's own page.
Questions we get
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Nothing happens on its own. We never asked for a card, so there is nothing to charge. At the end you tell us whether to carry on, and which modules you keep.
Can I switch a module off later?
Yes, from the end of the period you have already paid for. Your records stay where they are: switching a module off does not delete the invoices, vehicles or files inside it, and they are still there if you switch it back on.
Why aren't modules charged per user?
Because then hiring someone would turn into a pricing decision. A module is something the company does, like invoicing or bookkeeping. It costs the same whether one person opens it or the whole office does.
What is the difference between a module and a tool?
A module is a work area with records of its own: invoices, vehicles, tenancies. A tool works across the modules. It automates a step, puts a booking page online, or lets another system read and write your data.
What that adds up to
Three users, plus Sales, Accounting and Online booking: 3 × €19 for the users, then €29 for each of the three, which comes to €144 a month. The same setup on the annual plan is €115.20 a month.
