In Blina Desk every company works in its own database, with its own document storage and its own backup. If you run a second company or another location, you add one more database for it.
What each company keeps to itself
A database used only by your company
Customers, quotes, invoices, staff and contracts sit in a database that only your company uses.
It shares nothing with the data of other customers.
Its own document storage
Receipts, contracts, photos and PDFs are kept in the company's own storage area.
Each person who works there brings 5 GB.
A daily backup, also in its own storage
Every company's database is backed up each day, encrypted, in two places in Germany.
One more copy sits in the company's own storage.
One sign-in for several companies
Anyone who works in several companies signs in with the same email address and picks the company.
What happens in one company does not show up in the other.
Its own number ranges
Quotes, invoices and receipts are numbered in sequence within each company, independently of the other companies.
Its own users and rights
Each company has its own users and roles.
Someone who may approve invoices in one company can only do so in the other if you set it up there as well.
How to add another company
- As an administrator you open «Branches» in your subscription and create the new company.
- Blina Desk sets up its own database and storage right away.
- The modules you have booked are ready there too, without paying for them a second time.
- You add the people who work there. When they sign in, they pick the company.
What every additional company gets

Does my company share a database with other customers?
No. Every company has its own database and its own document storage. That holds for every company in Blina Desk, not only for the ones you add.
When is an additional company worth it?
When you run a second company or want to manage a location separately, with its own customers, its own invoice numbers and its own accounts.
Do I pay for the modules again in each company?
No. Your modules apply in every company and are paid for once. The only extra is the price of the additional company.
Does someone who works in two companies count twice?
No. They sign in with the same email address, pick the company and count as one user.
How much storage does an additional company have?
5 GB for every person who works there, and at least 5 GB.
What about the AI credit?
An additional company shares the main company's AI credit. If you prefer, it gets one of its own, sized by the number of people who work there.
Can I remove an additional company later?
Yes, in the same «Branches» area. The main company always stays.
What does this module cost?
€29 a month per additional company, annually €23.20 a month.
