# Blina Desk

> Blina Desk is a modular European business management suite (CRM, sales, purchasing & inventory, e-invoicing — outbound and inbound, HR, helpdesk, accounting, fleet, real estate, email, calendar, team chat) with built-in AI (semantic search, OCR, generative chat) and a public REST API with signed webhooks. The base platform costs €19 per user/month; business modules are flat per company, not per seat: €29/month for most of them, €69 for Automations, €39 for Blina WhatsApp, €79 for Blina AI Pro. 30-day free trial, all modules, no credit card required. Available SaaS (EU-hosted) and on-premise. ## Part of the Blina brand

Blina Desk is one of the products published under **Blina** (BLINA®, a word mark registered with the DPMA, Germany), operated by Arti-IT from Heiligenhaus, North Rhine-Westphalia. ## Why Blina is different

- **Simple hybrid pricing**: Hybrid: the base platform is €19 per user/month, while business modules are flat-rate per company (€29/month for most, up to €79 for the heaviest) — adding users never increases the module cost.
- **EU-only data residency**: Hetzner data centre in Nuremberg (Nürnberg), Germany. No data leaves EU. Optional on-premise deployment with full source isolation.
